So you are disputing these items but they aren't responding?  You can file complaints with the FTC, the attorney general of your state, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and a few others.  If they have verified that the accounts are yours and are reporting properly, you may have to wait them out.  To learn more, visit www.credit.about.com and click on "Repair Credit" tab.  Easy to use, no sign-up needed.  Best of luck!
