What's the best route?
I went to Firestone recently and had some work done. They had a special going on if you signed up for the Firestone card you get 10% off from the total cost. I thought it was a good route to go, however, I didn't realize the worker maxed out the card (I split the payment methods, debit and the Firestone credit card). I had the money to pay it in full and I payed off the credit card within two weeks. It wasn't till I logged in to pay it off that I discovered it was maxed out. Now, since the card was maxed out it has become a negative indicator on my account even though it was paid in full. How do I go about rectifying this? Thank you.
