What will happen to my score when the good items fall off & leave only bad?

Depends on your history.

All credit items on your credit report will generally drop off in 7 years, be they good or bad.  The only ones that will remain for up to 10 years are bankruptcies.  Hopefully, you may have some accounts right now that you are making regular payments on so that good will be reported.  That should be a goal--make all payments and transactions lead to good reports.
