If you find the right lender

Your score will determine what kind of interest rates and terms you will get.  For the best rates you want your FICO above 740 or so.  You can get a decent loan with scores above 700. Below that and your paying much higher interest rates.

Unsecured Personal loans are tuff to get with out great credit though.   If your behind on any payments don't bother applying, It will only hurt your credit more. Get caught up and a few months of on-time payments under your belt before trying for any new line of credit.  You may be better off with a new credit card to help rebuild your credit. If you are looking for the loan to pay off debt, check out consolidation loans.
