What credit score is needed for mortgage loan and a 759 credit score and all payments are on time

Most people can get a mortgage loan

since the property is used as collateral.

Where your score comes into play is in the interest rates you will pay.  The better your score the lower the interest rates. Nows the time to do it. Interest rates are getting ready to go up. Look for at least a 1% jump in January.

A 759 score is pretty **** good, You should be able to secure a very reasonable rate. Talk to your banker about pre-qualifing. That way you'll know in advance what you can afford and what your payments will be, That way you are not worring about it if you fall in love with the house you can't afford.
