Tho isnt exclusively but they more likely to use TU for credit cards. I wouldn't bother with them unless I have clean profile and FICO in mid 700s, they are pretty conservative with their lending (low starting limit) and usually manually reviews every credit app.

The larger the loan amount, the more likely inquiry eill occur with all three major bureaus.
