Want to purchase another home after selling our current house
Was discharged from a chapter 7 bankruptcy on 1/12/2014. What are my chances of getting approved? My credit scores are in the 700 hundreds now.

Your best bet is to talk to a mortgage broker and get pre-approval before you choose to sell your house.  If you are not elegible for a mortgage now it might be in your credit score interest to keep the home for another few years before selling, but they can help guide you in this.  This helps to continue to show a good credit record and offset your bankruptcy.
