SO my score has gone up CK is offering me to sign up for a Capital Card should I score is 592?

Signing up for a credit card just because it was recommended is not the reason to apply.   Do you have a credit card and do you need a card.  Having a credit card and making timely payments will boost your score.   Capital One if it is the one offered is not a bad choice.   Even if you don't quality for an unsecured card, they'll evaluate you for a secured card.  Their secured normally requires a minimum deposit (IE: $49 for a 300 limit) which can increase over time based on your credit history.
