Should I pay down a 0% acct before applying for a new mortgage?
If I am applying to refinance my mortgage, should I pay a 0% credit card down early, to get the best percentage of credit utilization? If I do not, I can have all other revolving debt paid off. These two accts equal 18% of my available credit, and 13% of my husband's. I can pay them each down to 50% balance, but then will have to carry some debt on another acct.
