Should I pay 1 credit card off, leave the others high balance, or pay a portion for all cards?

You should attempt to get all of your cards at thirty percent or less utilization. (meaning less than thirty percent of your credit limit, less than ten percent is truly what you want though for the best scoring). You did not say what your utilization is on your cards, but the way it sounds you may want to get a little bit knocked off of all of them if they all have high utilization rates, but whatever method works best for you to get them all paid off is what you want to do.
