reports now different from yesterday

i dont know what is going on.  example:  yesterday it showed a closed account that had only 1 late payment.  today -the same account show 2 late payments but if you open the data - it's still only 1.   another account shows 6 late payments - open the data - 5.   and its really 4

i'm thinking that someone, higher up, is playing with the rating scales again.  i've noticed each time too many folks land under 'excellent' - the ranges get modified to knock most folks back down to a lower group.  there is no explanation for what is going on.
