Retirement Savings - 401k vs. Roth IRA
What is the differences between 401k and Roth IRA - also are there limitations towards deposits? At the age of 32 is there a way to equate the number you are suppose to have liquid in accounts>?

You should really speak to a financial or banking advisor. A 401k is funded with pre-tax dollars, so you'll pay taxes on the funds when you start withdrawals.  A Roth IRA is funded with your taxed income and you don't pay taxes when you begin retirement withdrawals. I know the Bank of America website has a financial tool on it. Start with whomever you bank with, and go from there.
