open date from collection agency newer than original account
I am in fl , original accounts have been deleted but collection agency has newer dates such as 2012 when accounts are actually older.

I cant even seen original deliquent date as the accounts have been removed

dispute it.  If your right they will have to remove it.

If the original account fell off due to the seven year credit reporting time period then they are not allowed to be reporting this. As already said, dispute it. Another thing you may want to do is to look over the FDCPA (fair debt collection practices act) and you may want to speak with a consumer law attorney that handles FDCPA cases if you find that this collection company is breaking the law as you can sue them and put a few bucks in your pocket while sending a message to these bully companies.
