My wife had a court judgement for an unpaid medical bill. Why is it showing up on my credit report?
She is on my insurance. The judgement happened in the state of Utah. The judgement is paid in full.

Because she is on your insurance, it is showing up on your report as well.  They are probably considering it a "joint" account so to speak.  If you have proof that is had been paid, then file disputes with all three credit bureaus at www.annualcreditreport.com.  They won't remove thejudgment, but should show it as paid.  It should fall off your credit reports 7 years after date of payment.  Be persistent, it takes time and patience.
