Look at credit factors

Go to the Credit Karma home page. On the left hand side, second item down, is "Credit Factors." Click on that and it will take you to a display with two columns, one for Transunion and one for Equifax. It breaks down exactly where you stand with all the factors that go into generating your score. If you study this, it should be fairly easy to see what's hurting your score. Look for little red or green triangles above the colored bars--these are items that have improved or gotten worse since your last update.
