My mortgage rate is lower than Credit Karma thinks.
My present mortgage is 3.5% and credit karma reports it at 8.5% and keeps telling me to refinance. My present mortgage payment includes a MIP and property taxes. If corrected would it have an effect on my score? Thanks, Fred

Hi Redcoat35,

If you have not connected your account, we will provide the national average interest rates. If you link your account to Credit Karma, you will see your actual interest rates. This is because your rate is not included on your credit report, nor is it a factor in your score.
