First, file a police report. Second, contact the creditor (Amazon), sending a notarized copy of the police report - requesting removal of any demands from you, and removal of any credit bureau reports/marks concerning you. Next (if Amazon doesn't clean things up), dispute any fraudulent debts, including a notarized copy of that police report in the dispute, as well as proof that you informed Amazon of the problem (this should remove the debt and derogatory marks).
