My credit score is 495, can I get a loan for a new or used car, even if i dont anything down?

Any loan you might get will be very high interest with that credit score. Paying interest is wasted money.

Without a down payment it is doubtful, but look for dealerships that advertise to deal with Bad Credit or check with a consumer finance company, but most places are going to require money down and the interest rates will be high. I would do what you can to put off the car purchase and work to build up your credit as well as a down payment before looking for an auto loan.
