items that went into collect.that are pd. full list close date 12/1969 i wasn't even born
the items that went to collections have been pd. in full, and it is showing a closed date of 12/1969.......which I hadn't even been born yet. Who reports the closed date and does the closed date affect my credit score?

Most likely a typo by the creditor.  Dispute the account with all three bureaus at www.annualcreditreport.com and it should get fixed or deleted.  The creditor is the one that reports all the data to the bureaus.  You can contact them as well as the bureaus to get it fixed.  Will it affect your score?  Hard to say, depends on what the correct date is.
