it is if the landloard pulls your CR

Large property managers, (apt complex's and those that mangae mulitple properties) usually do pull a credit report. If your renting from a private party, they are less likely to.

It is a good idea to offer a copy of your latest credit report with a rental app.  It may save you hard inquiries on your CR and may save a step in your approval process. Although there is no guarantee that they won't go ahead and pull a copy anyway. But it may get you to the top of the list if your report is clean and in good standing.
