If anything, you have to ask the original creditor to recode it to soft inquiry. Disputing it with Credit Bureaus won't do you any good as it's reported accurately.

Ohhh... while you at it, ask the Bank if they use that same inquiry/credit report for additional credit products. Some Credit Unions are known for using the same inquiry from opening the bank accounts for credit card(s), PLOC or auto loans with in certain time frames.
