is it possible to get a home loan with a foreclosure Judgement on your credit
we had bank of America as our lender. Somehow wells fargo bought our home and placed a judgement against us for 255,000. We can not pay that but want to buy a home. It has been on our credit for 5 years and since we have re established ourselves. Is it possible to get a home lone without paying the judgement, or do we have to wait till it drops off our credit.

It's way too soon since a judgement may remain on your credit for 10 years and the creditor can (at their option) renew the judgement.  You just may have to satisfy (pay) this judgement before you will even be considered for a future loan.
