If an account is closed, ex car, how long does it take before it is removed off your credit report?
My car loan has been paid for years and it still shows on my account. The same with a credit card I had from 17 years ago. Both paid in full and closed and both still showing on my credit report. How can I get those removed?

btw.. if they are paid on time . they are helping your score especially the 17 year old one so id do nothing.
