I paid all my debt, how I get rid of one credit card still shows in my credit reports.

If the account is still open

Then it will show up on your credit report even if you have paid it off.  Check with the creditor and see if the account is still open.  You might be surprised, a few card co's will re-instate a card that has been arrears once its paid off. 

As far as removing it, that would hurt your score even more if the account is now in good standing.
