I own my home but have 5000 in credit card debt.
My score since button the house has fallen from a low good to a high poor. I can't balance transfer. What can ido to raise my credit in a year?

pay off that debt.

Any time you take on a new loan/mortgage your score drops.  Nothing unusual there.

Because you can't transfer your balance, that should become your focus.  Pay every extra cent you can find on that debt so it incurs the least interest and get it paid down as fast as you can.  That is what will rasie your score, showing that you can manage your debt.
