I have an open account in collections on Credit Karma not seen on credit reports? what do I do?
Is there a way to contact Credit Karma and ask what this account is? (Not recognizable to me: "Conserverge Accounts" Never heard of it!!

Get and check all 3 credit reports

It's not that unusual for errors to be made on credit reports, which is why we're advised to check them annually.  Get copies of all 3 credit reports and go through them carefully.  If you find anything that is absolutely NOT yours, file a dispute on those items.

You will need to obtain a copy of your Transunion credit report to get the information you are requesting.
