Are you charging on both cards?

Zero utilization on one card card will not hurt your credit score for a few months.  Your utilization is the percentage of your balances on all credit cards out the all the credit available to you (sum of all credit limits on those cards).  However, if your zero utilization on one card is because you are not using that card, the creditor could cancel that card due to inactivity.  You definitely don't want that to happen.  So you need to use both your cards at least every other month to avoid getting one cancelled.
