Where ever you bank at see if you can get a equity line of credit. 

We have a 50,000 line of credit that shows up on the credit report. Only have used 6,000 of it that will be paid back in less then a year.   You don't have to use it all, but it is there for things you want to get done.

No..... That is not how credit works. You cannot report credit on yourself.

Paying cash does nothing for your credit. Going to the bank borrowing money to pay for your mobile home and making your payments on time will result in it being reported. But Congrats on being able to pay cash.
