How much will credit go up once the Bankruptcy comes off my credit history?
I had it discharged in 2008, but was told it stays on for 10 years. Is there a way to have it removed sooner?

If that is the only negative info on your reports you should see a decent improvement. Do you have open accounts right now in good standing? That is just as important as removing negative info. Do some reading on "early exclusion". Transunion will sometimes remove negative accounts six months prior to the seven year mark and Equifax and Experian sometimes remove three months prior to the seven year mark.
