How long to get a judgment removed?
Let me provide some background. I only recently discovered this judgment by obtaining my free credit report. I proceeded to file a motion with the court, and after 4 months of back and forth, the judgment has been dismissed WITH prejudice. In the process of the judgment, a writ of garnishment was also ordered (and close to $2000 was withheld from my pay).

The judgment was dismissed just about a week ago. How long before I can expect the credit reporting agencies to update their records?

How do I go about obtaining my already garnished funds?

Thanks
