If they are legitimate accounts, you don't. Once you close them, they'll eventually roll off your record -- usually after 10 years if the accounts were in good order, after seven if they were delinquent when closed.

If you're saying that someone else's accounts are being reported on your credit, then you contact the credit bureaus and inform them of the error. http://www.creditinfocenter.com/creditreports/CreditBureauContactInfohtm.shtml
