You don't.  If a creditor of yours has that information and reports it to the credit bureau then they will list it on your reports.  Credit Karma shows you the information Transunion and Equifax are including in your reports.

I suppose if it really matters to you, you can try calling Transunion, Equifax, and Experian and reporting your employer to them.  I doubt they would add any information you give them, but you could try.
