How do I remove info re: Credit cards opened in college over 10 years ago and NEVER USED.
i never made any purchases with them but they are shown as "closed by Creditor" and negatively affecting me. I didnt know you couldnt apply and not use them and have it look bad. They are over 10 years old now

How are they hurting you?  the reason they would be on there for ten years is because they are not a negative.  They will remain on your account ten years from the date that they were closed.

Chances are that they are not hurting

Your score as much as not having open credit accounts. At 10 years old they would have little direct effect on your score.  They should be dropping off your report as they reach 10 years from the month they were closed,
