Write a dispute letter to the Credit bureaus reporting the incorrect information. Let them know that the alleged debt is not yours. They will do an investigation (questioning the creditor that supplied them with the information, to prove it is legit) if it is not yours; then it will be removed from your credit no later than 30 days from the day they receive the letter.
