Write letters!

You can contact your creditors at the phone numbers or addresses on your bill or even the back of the credit card. 

For the 3 major Credit Bureaus you can find addresses to write to them anywhere on the net. Google them. They are even listed here on CK somewhere, if you look for them.  Always contact Credit Bureaus in writing and always handwrite letters so that a human has to read it.
