How can I clear a score I am not responsible for?
The ex got the house. They failed to make payments. My score is being hit in a major way.

Well not much you can do.
you might not be responsible for the payments but your name was still on the Home Loan.

You Should have forced your Ex to re-finance the house because as far as the back looks at it your signature is on the paper work.

Damage is done,

Try talking to the Home Lender as your name is still on the Loan and find out if they can take you off and clear your name if you send them all the paper work from your divorce that would spell out who got what.

You might want to talk to your Lawyer and find out why he did not make sure this was taken care of.

Good Luck,
