My Ex-Wife is not paying her car loan on time and it is hurting my credit because we are both on the loan. How do I get off the loan?

For the state of Minnesota, I am not sure about other states, you need to go into the bank where you have your loan with her. There, they will take your name off the loan and she will have the loan refinanced (based on her credit alone) in her name. This only works if she is willing and/or she has enough credit to be approved by the bank for this "new" (only her) loan.

Another option is to sell the car to a dealer, where then you can use the money to pay back the loan, and then divide the rest however you two see fit.

Not great options, both depend on her willingness, but those are how to get off the loan.
