Everything to do to buy a home in 6 months
We are now ready for sure to buy a home. We know a lot of items that we will pay off. Will Credit Karma work with us to help us prepare ourselves? The banker and agent are helping, but your assistance would be greatly appreciated as well. My score on the credit file they look at is 606. What score do most banks require to buy a home? And, how long will it take me to get there? Thank You.

Credit Karma is  an online education site so you can learn all about how credit works.  It is not a credit bureau and has no way of otherwise helping you to get the mortgage.  I do suggest you read the articles here (see left side of page) and play with the online tools such as the Home Affordability Calculator so you can see what may happen.  Knowledge is power.  This site is providing the knowledge, but you have to use it.  Please do so.
