does electric credit count?
I pay my electric on time every month,does that count on my credit score?

Revolving bills don't count.

If you want to build up a score, get a card with any amout of limit, and only let 10% of your credit limit be in use on each statement.  If the card has a limit of $300.  You show that you can handle credit by only using $30.00 on that card.

Only if it becomes delinquent may it appear on your credit but normally it does nothing for your credit score same with a cell phone company.
