Does a Credit Karma update date reflect the latest available data at the credit bureau?
When I see my Credit Karma numbers, does that represent the latest data available at the credit bureaus?

For example, today is 10/17/15. Do I know that what is reported in CK also reflects 10/17 data at Transunion and Equifax?

The reason I ask is because I want to dispute a few things; and if I dispute them the credit bureau by law needs to report it as disputed within 30 days of them receiving my letter. If I want to see what TU is reporting *today* (or any specific day), will my CK numbers on the same day reflect that?

Or, is there some time lag? How many days? Is that perfectly consistent?
