MY SCORE DROPPED ONLY W/ T/U., THEY WENT UP WITH THE OTHER 2 BUREAU BY 17 PTS & 21 PTS... NOTHING HAS CHANGED IN INCOME OR PAYMENTS . TRANS-UNION WOULD ONLY SPEAK TO ME IF I PAID THEM $19.95! SO WHAT'S THE DEAL

Would have to know more. There is potentially something you've missed. Income isn't quite reflected on your report. Payments definitely are. There could be a factor like credit utilization, a new credit application, etc. Comb through your reports.

As for getting reports/scores. A lot of credit card companies supply at least one report once a year. Besides Credit Karma, you can use Credit Secure via AMEX (uses PLUS scores), MyFico (uses Fico scores), and Credit Karma and Credit Sesame that use their own calculations. Good luck.
