I highly recomend NOT doing online

disputes...   By doing on-line disputes you give up all rights to arbitration and the right to sue if the dispute turns out not to be in your favor.  All disputes should be done in wirting, by hand.  The Credit bureaus use computers to view letters they receive. Typewritten letters that follow a "format" such as the templates you find on line, are set up to automaticly be denied.  A hand written letter will get "spit out" and reviewed by an actual person. Much higher change of actually getting your issues rectified.

Online templates should be used to be sure that you get all the proper info into your letters but do not copy them word for word.

Start with a validation letter for any account you are questioning. Always ask for copies of the original paperwork with Signatures, Most collection agencies will not have these and, by law, if they don't have the proper paperwork, they must remove the accounts from your reports.

All letters should be mailed "Return Receipt Requested" and addressed to the accounts manager.

Good Luck
