Credit limit increased yet caused score to decrease.
My Sears credit limit was increased by $2000 and the balance went down $77.00 but my score here at CK decreased by 13 points. Why the drop in points when everything is positive?

Did you ask for the increase? If so, you probably got a "hard inquiry" which dinged your score. If that is not the case, I am not sure what caused your score to dip, it could have been something else that changed and also these non-fico scoring systems seem to bounce around a lot.
