credit card offers/suggestions
Dear Credit Karma, the credit cards that you suggest to help build our credit scores, when we check our credit reports, are they pre-approved?

Many people do not know that it costs moneye to set up and maintain an internet site.  Since this site is set up to provide free information and financial tools to help us all improve our credit scores, it's nice to have a sponsor.  The main sponsor appears to be (since I'm not in on the development of this site) Capital One and they offer the cards.  Most credit card companies also make money from the usage of the cards and CapOne would naturally like to increase the use of their cards.

But the cards on this site are NOT pre-approved and, while they may be recommended and the site may post that the chances of approval are good, there are no guarantees they will be approved. As with any other card, you have to present enough positive information to get approved.
