Confused by many difference in credit scores

You can't just assume that all credit scores should be the same.

For one thing there are many scoring models out there and the specific model used will have an impact on the number generated.  You cannot use a score generated by one model to determine a score generated by a different model.

For another thing, there are 3 major CRA's.  Any score is based on the data in a report from one of those CRA's.  The data in your reports with each CRA can vary and that variance also has an impact on the number generated.

Always consider the specific scoring model and the CRA when referring to scores.
