cleaning up my credit
I have started to clean up my credit...paid off collection got a secured credit a capital one quicksilver card both low my question is I have been using lexington law to help remove loads of stuff from credit reports...also have been paying Equifax for monitoring my score...why is it Im doing all this but my paid collections are still on my accout as collections marked paid yes but stil there...also when I went to buy my car the dealership ran my credit 23 times to find a deal ...she told me it would only be three.....but the first car I bought blew the engine and they "said they were going to help when in fact it turned out to be more inquires totalling 23.....they wont remove them for me and the dealership said it was I cant apply for any credit anymore cause of this its hurting my credit for two years....I made the mistake of going to close to my total of credit card limit and they penalized me by dropping my score 54 my payment history is 100% I cant get my credit score up to where it was before I started to clean up my was over 640 when I had collections and no credit cards...or car payment now that i have these pay on time everytime I now have a credit score of is that possible....why cant they see im working on my credit paying off old and new...paid off my student loan as Im being penalized for that as well as it was my oldest account....this was truly costly and pointless ....but I feel better getting it all paid but I now cant buy a house from the VA because my score dropped so much im below 620 how the heck do I get it back up...if what im doing isnt working????...Im taking responsiblity for my mistakes and trust me theres a few but im being punished for it now worse than ever and trying to clean up my credit and build credit mine is in worse shape than ever??? can someone explain that will I always have a low score because of this ....does it take 7 years to fully clean it off .....??? so confused and frustrated
