CK score 90 points less than fico makes its totally useless. To do anything credit related on the basis of CK will sink anyone to bottom of the sea

FICO isn't even the same thing - CK is almost always dead on for me within +/- 10 points

CK is based on info from Transunion, which is only one of the three major credit bureaus.  Each bureau has it's own scoring system.

But, this is not a credit bureau and the information on this site is just for the individual to use in determining what may need to be done to improve their credit score.  It is an interactive tool for personal use.  I've used it quite successfully.
