and if so can i do time for these judgements?

Debtors Prison ended a long time ago and any creditor who threatens jail for debt is violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, which is a federal law.  Do a web search on that so you can see what your rights are.  Paying the debts may be a good idea, but I'd also advise checking Statute of Limitations for Debt so you can find out what it is in your state.  If the debt is near to or past the SOL, it is uncollectable, and the SOL begins at the date of last payment.
