been 7 yrs for bankruptcy why is it still on my report
its been 7 yrs and bankruptcy is still on credit why

It depends on what chapter bankruptcy you filed.  Chapter 7 stays on ten years from the filing date, while Chapter 13 stays on for seven years.

will they automatically take it off after 10 yrs or do you have to request it and where do you request it?
