2nd bankruptcy just shy of 7 years...is it possible?
Family hardship snowballed all year amd now I am under incredible debt with several high interest loans including a title lo an mixed in. Spent 401k since I was denyed unemployment and needed to live off tha top. When that ran out it was credit. Its all crumbling and im about to lose my house and 2 cars. What are the rules of a 2nd bankruptcy or are there any options someone could suggest. Havent qorked in over 6 months and nothing promising on the horizon. Thanks

You can file a bankruptcy after a prior bankruptcy is 7 yrs old.  If the prior bankruptcy is Chaper 7, it will remain on your record 10 yrs meaning 2 bankruptcies will show on your report for 3 more yrs.
